What will Inner Child Integration Sessions look like?
Sessions can be done face to face in Lyon or online, they last 60 to 90 minutes.

FIRST SESSION
Let's go deeper in your life experiences and your needs. During this first session we will go in detail into your life: parents, siblings, any particular life experiences, etc.
This 60 to 90 minute session will be the foundation of our work together. It enables me to better know you in order to guide you in the best appropriate way for you. This way we will establish the trust needed between a client and his/her therapist.
It will also be your first opportunity to connect with your inner child.

FOLLOWING SESSIONS
Next sessions are planned together. To optimise the therapy, we meet at your pace, once a week or every two weeks.
We are multidimensional beings. Hence, using active listening we will find together the physical, emotional and mental anchors at the origin of your present need. You will explore the past programs, bring them to the conscious and then be ready to free yourself.
You may start to feel the impact on your day to day life quite soon.
